Sept. 1, 2025, per Section 181.105 of the Health and Safety Code, the Gambling Clinic

1. Request consumer healthcare records from the Gambling Clinic of Texas by
writing to info@gamblingclinictexas.com
2. Contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) at their webpage

3. File a consumer complaint with the Texas Attorney General
