In compliance with House Bill 4224 (89th Regular Session), which went into effect on
Sept. 1, 2025, per Section 181.105 of the Health and Safety Code, the Gambling Clinic
of Texas is providing the following information for consumers to:
1. Request consumer healthcare records from the Gambling Clinic of Texas by
writing to info@gamblingclinictexas.com
2. Contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) at their webpage

3. File a consumer complaint with the Texas Attorney General
